The idea of visiting one of the tallest dams in India really excited me, especially because the dam generates electricity and supplies water to several regions of North India.
I decided to travel by my own car, which made the journey more enjoyable and flexible. The road trip from Delhi towards the mountains is full of scenic views, and as you get closer to New Tehri, the landscape becomes more beautiful with winding hill roads and breathtaking mountain views.
First View of Tehri Lake – A Hidden Gem Moment
